Got this link as WhatsApp forward on some health group. Seeing cost I felt whether this is another one of those books which will come and go as fad. But because of interest in all such grains and nutrition background I thought of giving it a try. But for sure on receiving can confirm quality is worth it. Cover is good and printing is super. has some colour pages too and feels worth it. knowledge is the most important part and that is where the book is full of it. some more recepies would be nice and also how and where to get these millets is also a bit of a challenge.
